When I say “quick oats”, this is what I mean!
Rolled oats take only slightly longer to cook than instant especially when you wait to add the toppings. I have precooked apple sauce to add, along with lots of seeds, a few berries, and a dollop of @yoggu.foods coconut yogurt.
Many of my patients know how much I encourage seed cycling to support reproductive hormone regulation.
Pictured here are raw pumpkin seeds and ground raw flax to support estrogen production during the follicular phase of the menstrual cycle.
These two seeds have additional benefit. Ground flax supports healthy cholesterol levels and pumpkin seeds are rich in zinc.
